Roblox Clothing Previewer — see shirts & pants on R15 before you spend Robux

Drag a shirt or pants template, pick a body type and a skin tone, see it on a real R15 avatar. No login, no upload, no 10 R$ wasted.

Drop a shirt or pants template

PNG 585×559. The avatar updates instantly — no upload, no Robux spent.

Why preview before upload?

Each Roblox shirt or pants upload costs 10 R$ — Roblox refunds nothing if the UV map surprises you. The classic 585×559 template wraps in a non-obvious way (front torso, back torso, sleeves and sides each get a region). Drag your PNG here, see it on a real R15 avatar in less than a second, fix the colors, then pay.

Roblox classic shirt template — UV map explained

The 585×559 PNG splits into seven UV regions: torso front, torso back, two sleeve fronts, two sleeve backs and a sides strip. Pants use the same canvas size for upper-leg, lower-leg and feet regions. Roblox's official spec is at create.roblox.com/docs/art/accessories/classic-clothing. If you see your design tiled or mirrored on the avatar, the UV regions are off — not the avatar.

R6 vs R15 — what changes for your design?

R15 is the modern 15-part rig (separate upper and lower torso, segmented arms and legs). R6 is the classic 6-part rig still allowed by many games. A shirt PNG that looks correct on R15 will look stretched on R6 because the same texture wraps a different mesh. Preview both before publishing if your game allows R6 avatars.

How to upload your shirt to Roblox after preview

Roblox Studio → Avatar → Asset Manager → Shirts or Pants → Add New → pick your 585×559 PNG. Each upload costs 10 R$ and goes through moderation (usually under a minute). Once approved you get an asset ID — apply it in code via ShirtTemplate / PantsTemplate or sell it on the marketplace.

FAQ

Do I need an account to preview?
No. Everything runs in your browser. We never see your design, and nothing is uploaded to Roblox until you choose to.
Is my design sent to a server?
No. PNG decoding, texture sampling and rendering all happen client-side. The image never leaves your device.
Does this work on mobile?
Yes for preview. PNG export and the 3-tone side-by-side compare are disabled on screens narrower than 768 px to avoid running out of memory on low-end devices.
Can I preview T-shirt decals?
Yes. T-shirts are 512×512 decals applied to the front of the torso. Drop a 512×512 PNG in the T-shirt zone — it sits on top of the shirt if both are present.
